Stanislas is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Mustard Seed + Partners. He was previously Head of KKR’s European Impact business, Member of the Global Impact Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee and part of KKR’s European leadership team. During his 13-year tenure at KKR, he played a key role in private equity and growth investments in Tech, Consumer and Business Services sectors. He started his career at JPMorgan in 2004 and holds an MSc in Engineering Sciences and Applied Mathematics from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech in Paris, France.

Henry is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Mustard Seed + Partners. He started his career at Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies and BlackRock. Henry launched the 1st UK impact specialist VC and 1st B-Corp VC. He invested across 50+ companies including Winnow, Knok, Student Finance, Fenton, ConnectEarth, Thrift+, Kets. He and his wife are co-founders of a non-profit K-18 Montessori school in Portugal. He holds a First Class Honours degree from LSE in Economics and Economic History.

Matthew worked at Hellman & Friedman for 20 years, formerly a Managing Partner and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Matthew currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hall Capital Partners LLC and Artisan Partners. Matt serves on the Advisory Council of the Woods Institute for the Environment at Stanford University, on the Board of Trustees of the California Academy of Sciences, as a Director of the San Francisco Free Clinic and USA Cycling, Inc. He graduated from Yale University and holds an MBA from Stanford.

Tim was formerly President of McKinsey Investment Office Partners. He joined McKinsey in 1991, initiated and led European investment activities, later overseeing global operations in 1997. Tim, previously a Director at Advent, a UK private equity firm, is a chartered accountant with PwC credentials and holds an Engineering Science degree from the University of Durham. Currently, he serves as Chairman of The HALO Trust and sits on the boards of various non-profit and investment-related entities.

He chaired Rolls-Royce plc from 2013-21. Ian was a NED of Johnson & Johnson Inc. (2010-23) and BP plc (2010-20). Between 2011-17, he served as a NED for the UK Cabinet Office, Teach for All, an educational non-profit, and Big Society Capital.

Kim is co-Founder of Ground Control and The Evergreen Fund. Kim served as a tenured diplomat in the U.S. Foreign Service, managing development projects in Latin America, Central Europe and Central Asia. After seven years of public service, she led U.S. operations for an international microfinance firm, IPC GmbH. Kim holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business. Kim was a recipient of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2018 UK award.

Nick, CEO of British International Investment and Board member, was a Senior Adviser to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He co-founded Big Society Capital with Sir Ronald Cohen. Prior to that, he was Global Head of Research at JP Morgan, member of the Management Committee of the Investment Bank and the Executive Committee of JP Morgan Chase, senior sponsor for JP Morgan’s Social Finance Unit. Nick co-authored “Impact Investments: An Emerging Asset Class”. He holds an MBA from Wharton.

Prior to her role as Head of Operations, Ana was a Project Management Officer at BNP Paribas where she mastered the delicate art of managing operations. Ana is also an alumnus from SheCodes and a post-grad in Applied Management at Nova SBE in Lisbon. Ana holds a MSc in Culture Studies in Lisbon, and BSc in Languages, Literature and Cultures in Lisbon and Cambridge.

Sofia is a Principal for the MSM Venture Fund. She brings analytical rigour to our venture investment decisions and diligently builds the impact case of the ventures we partner with. When not working, Sofia can be found surfing or horseback riding. Previously a Financial Services Consultant at Deloitte. MSc in ESCP Europe, BSc in Management from Catolica Lisbon School of Business. Sofia is interested in the areas of edtech, femtech, future of work and reduced inequality.

Michael has worked in financial services since 2002 and is a former partner of Pamplona Capital Management and a co-founder of Future Positive Capital. Michael is an investor in Olio, what3words, Skin Analytics, Switchee, Bramble Energy, Mytos, Deep Branch and CHOOSE. He graduated from Oxford in 2001 with a first class degree in PPE.
