Stanislas is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of MS+Partners. He has more than 20 years of investment and acquisition experience, focused on European growth and private equity. Previously, he spent 13 years at KKR, as member of the Private Equity leadership team in Europe, establishing the firm’s Impact strategy and launching KKR’s first Impact fund of $1.3 billion. He was Head of KKR’s European Impact business, Member of the Global Impact Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee. He led a number of investments including ERM, Medac, CMC Packaging Automation, Citation, MasterD, Viridor, KnowBe4, Webhelp, THG and Visma. He started his career in investment banking at JPMorgan, and holds an MSc in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Ecole des Ponts & Chaussées, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, France.

Alex is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of MS+Partners. He launched the 1st UK impact specialist VC and 1st B-Corp VC and invested across 50+ companies including Switchee, Rapido, Lifecake, What3Words, Loc.tax, OLIO and Collectiv Food. Previously, Alex was managing a diverse portfolio of assets at Mubadala where he held number of senior management roles, including in the Office of the CFO and COO, Group Strategy and Portfolio Management. Prior to that, he worked at BCG and Goldman Sachs, focused on M&A in the Tech, Media and Telecommunications sectors. He is Advisor to Gallos Technologies and Pangea Impact Pensions. Henry is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of MS+Partners. Henry launched the 1st UK impact specialist VC and 1st B-Corp VC. He invested across 50+ companies including Winnow, Knok, Student Finance, Fenton, ConnectEarth, Thrift+, Kets. Henry was previously a fund manager at BlackRock and started the macro investment strategy at 3G Capital in NYC, where he invested in both private and public markets. He began his career at Goldman Sachs where he co-ran macro investments within Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies. He and his wife are co-founders of a non-profit K-12 Montessori school in Portugal. He holds a First Class Honours degree from LSE in Economics and Economic History.

Ben is an Investment Principal at Mustard Seed + Partners. He was previously Senior Investment Director at Cambridge Associates for 4.5 years, focused on Private Markets investments (Primaries & Co-Investments) globally, based in London. Prior to that, he worked at Willis Towers Watson and PwC. He holds a BA in International Relations (Economics Major) from Loughborough University and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and IMC (CFA) holder.

Matthew worked at Hellman & Friedman for 20 years, formerly a Managing Partner and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Matthew currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hall Capital Partners LLC and Artisan Partners. Matt serves on the Advisory Council of the Woods Institute for the Environment at Stanford University, on the Board of Trustees of the California Academy of Sciences, as a Director of the San Francisco Free Clinic and USA Cycling, Inc. He graduated from Yale University and holds an MBA from Stanford.

Tim was formerly President of McKinsey Investment Office Partners. He joined McKinsey in 1991, initiated and led European investment activities, later overseeing global operations in 1997. Tim, previously a Director at Advent, a UK private equity firm, is a chartered accountant with PwC credentials and holds an Engineering Science degree from the University of Durham. Currently, he serves as Chairman of The HALO Trust and sits on the boards of various non-profit and investment-related entities.

She holds an MBA from Stanford.

Ian Davis, former Chairman and Worldwide Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company (2003-09), currently chairs Thoughtworks Holdings Inc, serves as Senior Independent Director of Majid Al Futtaim Holdings, and advisor at Apax Partner. He chaired Rolls-Royce plc from 2013-21. Ian was a NED of Johnson & Johnson Inc. (2010-23) and BP plc (2010-20). Between 2011-17, he served as a NED for the UK Cabinet Office, Teach for All, an educational non-profit, and Big Society Capital.

Tim is CEO of Jacobs Holding, previously a Partner and Co-CEO of the democratized private equity business at KKR. With a 25-year career in private equity, Tim brings extensive experience and a proven track record. He played a pivotal role in building KKR’s European franchise, leading the EMEA Core strategy, and overseeing the development of activities in the UK & Ireland, as well as the Consumer industry team in EMEA. Tim was also a member of KKR’s Global Impact Investment Committee. Prior to that, Tim spent 17 years at Advent International, where he notably opened and led the New York office.

Jessica is an entrepreneur, investor, speaker and writer. She is an expert in social enterprise, crowdfunding and microfinance having founded several successful companies in the field – Kiva, ProFounder and more recently Alltruists.

After seven years of public service, she led U.S. operations for an international microfinance firm, IPC GmbH. Kim holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business. Kim was a recipient of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2018 UK award.

Prior to her role as Head of Operations, Ana was a Project Management Officer at BNP Paribas where she mastered the delicate art of managing operations. Before joining MS+, Tobias gained investing experience at SquareOne VC (Berlin) and Eurazeo (London).
